Refunds and cancellations are governed by airline, hotel, and supplier rules. Happicotrip does not override supplier policies.

Airline Tickets

  • Some fares are non-refundable
  • Change and cancellation penalties may apply
  • Refunds are processed only when permitted by airline rules

Hotel Bookings

  • Refund eligibility depends on hotel cancellation deadlines
  • Non-refundable bookings are clearly disclosed before purchase

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment.

Service Fees

Agency service fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable. Supplier penalties are passed on transparently.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Happicotrip directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may delay resolution.
